- Primary resource in the country for coaching / facilitating the Divisions in its Lean Transformation through the implementation- Delivers practical, hands-on training to associates in company methodology and tools to eliminate waste in all administrative, manufacturing, and support functions.- Measures and reports progress on an ongoing basis related to Lean/Quality KPIs - Develop annual Improvement Calendar working closely with Divisional/BU Leadership and Regional & Product Group Lean Managers- Maintain the quality philosophy and Zero Defect culture for Korea Supply Chain and Operations- Lead Korean divisions with country-level Improvement projects, including Siebel customer claims, Zero Defect Deployment, and the Six Sigma program.- Enhance and improve problem-solving tools, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source, and continual improvement techniques.- Lead Lean & Quality priority projects from planning to execution for sustainability and continuous improvement
