Compensation & Benefit (50%)• Manage the Compensation & Benefit program under supervision from HR Business partner. Others (50%)• Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives.• Communicates company and government rules, regulations and procedures and the need for compliance to management and employees under supervision from HR Business partner.• Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training if required.• Coordinate organizational culture program.• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.• Support Tapestry Group project
