- Technical & Quality Leadership- Lead and supervise CCS technicians to ensure high-quality repairs in line with Company standards- Provide technical guidance and support complex repair cases- Operations & Standards- Ensure consistent application of repair workflows and 5S standards in workshop areas- Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency- Team Management- Plan and allocate technician workload and manage team performance and development- Support onboarding and skill development of technicians and apprentices- Coordination- Collaborate with CCS functions, Repair Coordinator, and Central teams- Provide technical input on repair feasibility and timelines- Proven team leadership or people management experience (required)- Leadership experience in operations environments such as logistics, production, repair/service, after-sales, or customer service- Experience as a senior technician or in technical leadership within repair or leather craftsmanship is a plus
